The customer service Kacper gave was brilliant, a warm welcome soon as we enter and was very helpful when it came to ordering our food and then letting us know the temperature of the food. He went above and beyond!

The server there discriminates and has a very bad attitude.

Busy 10.15 with a queue but no one cleaning tables, drinks station or counter, all a bit messy. Heaven help that at lunch time.

Great food, but not impressed with the non cleanliness of the tables and chairs outside greggs as they are dirty with pastry crumbs and coffee stains left over like it’s not been wiped.

I had Margherita pizza and Tuna sandwich. The pizza was freshly baked and yummy as usual. The sandwich was cold so I asked them to heat it and they said NO.

Bonkers! I requested my paper cup not to have a lid as I am not 3-4 years old . The lady gave my hot drink with a lid. So I politely reminded her, no lid. She took the lid off and threw it in the bin. Unbelievable Greggs, that's how much staff are scared or brainwashed to pollute the planet. Now we're no longer in lock down, there should be an option for mugs and cups which are washable instead of pollutable.
