Overpriced, slow service and cold food

Rude staff and tried to charge 50p for soya milk because I have allergies to milk. Cold sausage rolls and savoury's!! Absolute joke!!

Staff need to be more polite as it doesn't cost much. Food is always cold unfortunately, i have been told bakes were out almost 20 min but when i bite omg it is from ice age. Coffee is just coffee so I can't complain.

The only one who doesn't do meal deals, because it's in the overpriced services, travel on 2 miles and there's a Greg's who sell at regular prices.

Missing order, places everything in separate bags making it impossible to carry, so I ask for a bag and they only tell me after I paid it's 5p which of course I can't pay by card at this time. Ridiculous.

Ordered 3 bakes. Lady at till had to check order after bagging each item and still got each one wrong. I didn't discover this until I'd left, so now have food I won't eat. Thanks.

Greggs - Baldock Services Tuesday 9th July - 12:50 As always Greggs food is always nice and the staff are friendly. Today we ordered some food and a cappuccino and walked out of the shop without the cappuccino. Just as we approached the doors to leave the service station Alison came running after us as we had left the cappuccino behind; she could have just left it and carried on serving. Great customer service.
