Green Grotto Tea Room

I really liked the rose tea I had, toast was not bad. Service staff and ambience was my most fav part. Loved the complimentary popcorn.

Me, my wife and my 1 yr old went in for two take out drinks. Tony was very courteous and kind when taking our drink order. Upon leaving the store, my wife slip and her drink all fell on the ground. I went back inside and Tony and the team made a fresh new one for her. Fantastic customer service!

If only zero stars were possible . Had ordered in during dinner with friends, when it wasn’t busy. My friends’ orders got there first (with me ordering only a couple minutes after them and confirming my order) within 5-10 minutes and mine had taken almost half an hour, and only when I went up to ask what was going on with my meal and drink, they realized they had to make it The only compensation they could give? A “sorry “ left feeling embarrassed, upset and with an empty stomach because of their poor service. I’m glad my friends got their food and drinks, but I will personally never come back.

Love their milk teas (some to be more accurate). A bit more expensive than average, but they look fancy and elaborate - my fav for now is the white chocolate affogato. I wish only they had a proper website with drink details and nutritional information.

My love for this place cannot be put into words. I am a green grotto enthusiast. Something about the way make their tapioca is my favourite. I really love the rose green tea drink they offer. They also have really good snacks and desserts as well. I especially love the ambience inside. The noodles lightning is wonderful and feels super cozy. A great place to go with friends and catch up with them.

Lovely place, as a first timer dine-in is great. Fast service considered on person on the floor. I am not sure how many cooking. I ordered the BBQ Japanese plate on rice section. With extra eggs. Amazing. As well the strawberry slush. Delcious. Sweet, cold and refreshing. The meat on the bbq, soft, easy to grab and eat. Nicely done. The place looked so comfy and there were japanese magazines to spent time if desired to.
