Food and cocktails were really good as well. Food & drinks: Great food for groups. Have had multiple group events here.
Very delicious fresh asparagus as part of a tasty buffet.
Excellent dinner service with delicious food. No striping made parking very difficult.
Great location walking distance to be town. Nice rooms good food
Beautiful historic setting great job from front desk to room accommodations.
Bed was comfortable and room was in good shape. Walls were very thin so u could here loud noises from other rooms or hallway, but it is expected of an older building like this. Wifi would drop very frequently depending on where you were in the building. Shower water pressure was very high so kind of like a mini massage, but some may think its too much. Staff were excellent.
The recently renovated Granville Inn is a wonderful spot to stay for a special trip to quaint Granville. In the heart of the walkable downtown it still has the feel of an authentic Inn/hotel with an overthetop gothic stone vibe. Nice bar scene and great Americana dark wood countryclubesque restaurant. Is modern and clean so has lost any “old timey” classic feel like The Buxton or Red Lion Inn in GB, Ma. Is overpriced as you are paying for location and high end service. And no work out facilities or other extras. Totally worth it if you can relax and enjoy Granville or Denido otherwise stay at a Hilton 15 min away.
Beautifully decorated, excellant service but HORRIBLE food. Parmesan chicken was so burnt someone thought it was blackened chicken, pasta bolognese was cheap egg noodles w THICK tasteless chunky meat on top, like hamburger helper bit worse.. For the $$$ we expected more refined plates and options. Also out of Baileys for coffees...weird! Wont be back for our annual NYE tradition
