Granite City Food & Brewery

Had dinner on Tuesday Jan 30th around 5:45. Had the millionaires burger and waffle fries. The menu stated it had spiced millionaires bacon and lemon aioli. The bacon has some flavor not enough to carry the burger so you would think the aioli would assist with the flavor. Well I was wrong. It tasted like straight mayo. No real boost of flavor. I got the burger medium rare as I do all beef and it was cooked perfect, however it did not seem like the burger was seasoned. The person I was with got a different burger and stated the same, they expected more flavor, especially for the price. I also upgraded the side to waffle fries. I was expecting them to be seasoned since I seen pictures online of the regular crinkle fries not being seasoned. Well they were plan, unseasoned waffle fries. Not worth paying $2.00 extra. I should have asked if they were seasoned and not assumed, which is my fault. The dinning roomed looked clean and inviting. The food was a let down for the price. I would not pick this place to eat at again however if someone wanted to go, I would not object. I would try something else on the menu and hope for better results.

Went here with the family to celebrate my 2 daughters birthday. Our server Tony was very friendly and helpful with food and drink suggestions. He even sang happy birthday to my daughters… lol He is definitely the server to ask for.

This is probably one of the top salmon dishes I have had. The salmon cooked to perfection and seasoned to the T..blackened but JUICY. Rice and Asparagus cooked ..

A great brewery with upscale bar food. I have never been to Granite City before but have heard lots of good things. They Had a nice variety of beers which is nice, it's a shame when most of a breweries beers are so similar. It was also nice to see that they had guest taps also. Our server was really good. She knew the beers and food on the menu and was quick and super accommodating. Great service overall. The beers were really good and I found a few I might come back and get to go. The food was pretty good too. Jazzed up bar food, but honestly that's some of my favorite. Nothing pretentious, just classics done really well. ( Sandwiches, apps, burgers, wings, soups) all good. Prices were good too. Overall I recommend them and I know I'll be back.

I usually dont do this but I went there for a party with my fanily and we had an amazing time mainly because of our waiter TONY. He had us laughing the hole time while making sure we had a great time and I need the world to know this. So if you looking for good food and fellowship go here and ask for Tony to wait on yall. I PROMISE you will have a great time. He a big black man that's out of this world. TRUST ME.......

Decent spot, nice specials service a little slow but the worst thing is that they stop serving 40 min before closing Parking: Lots of parking

Wife had chicken alfredo which was very good but the patty melt I ordered was terrible. Literally was just a dry pattie with nothing but oversized bread. Beer was mediocre definitely nothing I would drink regularly. Overall the experience was saved by our server being attentive and friendly.

Had a reservation but still had to wait 25 minutes to get seated. No water or utensils served until after we got our appetizers, not all appetizers even arrived. We ordered drinks, apps and entrees at once because it was clear we might not see our server again. We were there for 2 hours and never even received our dinners. I don’t know what was going on exactly but it was horrible! One of the people in our party ordered two drinks, just to eliminate frustration from not being waited on again, and when it was brought the server said they put the two drinks in one cup, went to the bartender and confirmed that was not true. I’ll never go back.

Delish! The manager AND waitress helped us! I already know what I’m going to get next.

First time here. Very light and welcoming atmosphere although entrance here is made very difficult at night due to poor signage. Food was plentiful and delicious. Service was great too. Prices??????
