Grand Cafe

We’ve been going to this coffee shop for years and last Sunday the customer service was awful. We always take our dog in to order and leave with our purchases. We don’t stay. But this time we ordered, they took our money, and then asked us to leave. All while another patron sitting in the shop had a cute little dog with them. If it’s not allowed put a sign saying so and offer to bring our purchase outside. Girl behind the counter was rude and just wanted to argue.

Very friendly staff, and the best coffee in town.

Coffee was barely lukewarm. Must have been sitting there. Needed 40 seconds in the microwave. $8 for a small coffee and a muffin!!!

The butter tarts at Grand Cafe are simply perfect! The crust is flaky and flavourful. The filling is the right level of sweet, buttery, and caramely! As you can see by the drops on my sleeve, they are the perfect amount of runny, with the added bonus of being chewy because they are overflowing! Go early though, because they never seem to have more than 2, and that's at 9:30 am!

Best coffee shop in cambridge. The stuff are always so friendly, The drinks are all amazing, And they have a lot of vegan and peanut free baked goods available. Must try the chewy chai bar.
