We ordered a small round cake and two sheet cakes for our wedding. Service was great, prices good and the cake was delicious. Thank you for helping with our special day!!

This has been a regular stop for me for several years now. The coffee is always good. The sweets are fantastic. I also have ordered pies and cupcakes for special occasions, and have never been disappointed. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing. There is one employee here that is not super friendly, but usually everyone is above par and gives great customer service.

Ordered a cake over a week in advance. Cake was Beautiful. Served 1 day later at Birthday Party. Unsealed cake and cut into. Stagnant odor. Kids at Party stating out loud Cake tastes awful. Adults and kids refused to eat after 1 Bite. Contacted Bakery privately and she accused me of doing something to cake. Shocking reply. Originally stated wanted nothing but to just say cake did not taste right. Did not expect to be told I sabatoged my own 65.00 cake. Insult to injury she said she had enough batter left to make more baked items and glazed as well with my 65.00 leftovers. I am so glad I was abe to help Gramz make a profit. Then insulted me by saying her entire staff sampled my cake and she will not Compensate me. Again I originally told her I wanted nothing. With that said it was a very pretty cake. For the public after she responded. She lied. She did say all employees sampled batter and icing she also said she made multiple items with leftover batter. Including for her kids. She also asked me what I did to the cake even stating I might have bad items in my refrigerator. I will not argue anymore. You are a owner and did not satisfy a well paying customer. Insulted me again with asking to return the cake. Seriously. Go to Victory Gymnastics and dig it out of the Dumpster. I'm going to be lucky if parents don't sue me over this. Let's not forget she baked and sculptured and decorated 12 hours prior to pickup. Well why did I sit in lobby waiting for 30 minutes because you were finishing my cake.

My favorite is the fresh coffee press and one of their fabulous muffins or banana bread on a Saturday morning sitting on one of the many comfy chairs or chai tea after lunch with a fresh baked cupcake. Kid-friendliness: I love to meet my daughter and granddaughters here on a weekend morning.

I was so impressed with how they handled my delivery order, especially considering how busy they were with expo. Amazing customer service and everything was perfect. Honestly if every business operated this way the world would be a much better place

Just tried this for the first time! I'll be a fan for life! Had a Turtle Latte with the (to die for) French Toast Cupcake!

Poor customer service. Order placed week prior was not even prepared when I got there to pick up.
