Good food great healthy selection

Perfect breakfast and coffee! My wife and I got the avocado smash, french toast, best damn coffee cake, and honey bee lattes. It was great!

Wow, this place is a "hidden" gem. Coffee was excellent; perfectly textured milk and a balanced espresso profile. Food was outstanding; the "shroom n grits" was surprisingly complex and unexpectedly delicious. Totally balanced and super filling. The vibe is quaint; the Cafe is on the bottom floor of an old Victorian. Natural light is filtered by the curtains and the compact space feels cozy instead of cramped. Can't recommend this place enough. Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options!

Ultra tasty, cozy lunch in Louisville! Arrive early, or you may have to wait - thankfully there was seating next door out of the cold and snow!
