Graeter's Ice Cream

Excellent ice cream! Very creamy with many flavors. The manager was also very funny and engaging.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We had plenty of samples. The ice cream was delicious. I wish we had this in NYC 😭

Visiting from out of town. I hadn't been to a Graeter's in years but stopped in on a whim. We were greeted immediately and approached/spoken to by 5 sepatate employees within the first 3 or 4 minutes. All were friendly and courteous. We were fourth in line but were in and out in less than 10 minutes. And, yes, the ice cream was every bit as good as I remembered.

Lindsey at your location made it an absolutely miserable experience to get a chocolate milkshake. I cannot count the number of times I have gotten milkshakes at this location and never once had to give step by step instructions on how to make a chocolate milkshake. She was rude and made me easily decide to spend my $8 for a shake somewhere else from now on where it’s not so exhausting. This location has the worst staff of every Graeters in town.

Love coming to this location because it’s always clean, the service is always great and they are never out of any of the ice creams that you want. Plenty of parking. On today’s visit, Fin, the ice cream employee put a big smile on and made us feel welcome and valued with a happy yet genuine attitude. She is great and we cannot wait to come back!
