service here is absolutely horrible. baristas are very rude and when i went with my dad and he asked for his drink extra hot i watched the barista through the window grab his cup take it back and then slightly touch it and give it back. my dad said “this still isn’t hot enough” and she said “i heard you the first time”. this place used to be so nice when polite people still used to work here. i’ve worked as a barista for a long time and this service is unacceptable. how are you going to be disrespectful and rude and expect to be tipped. i’ve been to many locations and this by far is the worst one. managers need to stop hiring people who clearly have attitude issues. there is no reason for you to be treating me like this when 1 i don’t know you and 2 i came polite and respectful. management needs to do better.

The inconsistency of how the drinks are made, the outrageous pricing and the bad attitudes are not worth these chemical flavored drinks. You pay more to have the same amount of coffee in 16, 20, 24 ounces. Each of those sizes contains the exact same amount of shots. If you purchase a 24 ounce, you are getting the same amount of shots in the 16 ounce, just more milk. They won’t tell you that unless you ask. If you want more coffee, you’ll need to pay for the bigger size cup and then pay for more shots on top of that. I paid $8 for a large macchiato and 2 “extra” shots, (even though most cafe’s have 4 shots in their large size and it’s included in the price) I asked the barista to make it a little less sweet because I know this place goes overboard with the syrups, the barista says “you’re ordering a sweet drink so we can’t just make it less sweet..it’s gonna be sweet” I didn’t even know how to respond, like normally you’d just add less of a sweetener then you normally would but apparently that is impossible. My only guess is they don’t have recipes and the baristas just wing the amounts of syrups they add. I took 2 sips of this drink, I am not exaggerating when I say the second sip made me heave. It tasted like they added milk to an entire bottle of rotten caramel syrup. I have a sweet tooth and even I could not drink this with how chemically sweet it is. Something is very off with the caramel flavor and the amount they put is insane, almost no coffee flavor even with 4 shots. Dumped the drink, can’t afford to toss out $10 drinks ever again, you couldn’t pay me to give them another cent.

Love the coffee but service is so slow, I understand taking your time to make to drink correctly but at least when I was waiting my line did not move for a good 15-20min with 3 cars in front.

I normally love all the Gourmet Latte locations. On Tuesday 1/16 I visited the location by Costco in Lynnwood, the 2 female baristas way over charged me for my drink. When I asked them about the price they were so rude and argued with me for way too long. They wasted my time and the people in line behind my selfs’ time. In the end she admitted they had charged me for a syrup I didn’t get. She ended up giving me some of my money back, pulling it out of the tip jar and she seemed so put off that I would want any money back after being overcharged. She tried to tell me that charging me for a mocha doesn’t actually include the mocha sauce and that is an extra charge, obviously untrue. It was an awful experience that left me pissed off the rest of the day. Worst customer service ever, I had also already left a tip. Had she just apologized in the first place and admitted the mistake I wouldn’t have asked for money back. Extremely rude! Also the day before on the 164th location a new barista made my drink. I ordered a 24oz and when I went to drink it later, the cup was only half full. A very expensive 12oz coffee! Train your employees better and don’t allow them to be extremely rude to customers, especially if they are wrong!

Always poor experience. If you don't have 2 people working then don't open both the drive thru windows. Either that or honor First in first out system. First time- the guy messed up both my items in my order. 2nd time- I waited 15mins only for somebody else to cut the line through the other window. the barista didn't care. i left. 3rd time- again, somebody cut the line from another side and barista didn't care who was in the queue first. coffee is mediocre. there are better places around. service is very slow for a drive thru.

Service was good; but coffee was too sweet; please ask server to put less pumps of flavour. Sandwich was a bit soggy as it was the ready made one just warmed in the microwave.

One of my favorite coffee places — the Marbled Truffle is a definite recommend.
