Gotcha Bubble Tea Mississauga

Food is good. Pricing are good too. Clean facility. Helpful staff.

Got the Lychee Green Tea boba with brown sugar tapioca at 70% sugar. The drink was very bland. There is a subtle tea taste but no trace of lychee flavour. However, the quality of the brown sugar tapioca was decent. It was chewy and slightly sweet but small in size. Not sure if I would come here again. I will probably stick to Coco.

There is one lady that is very bad the other workers are very nice. The lady charged us extra and it was so obvious. I ordered a large and she charged me 8.7 when it’s supposed to be 7.7 and I didn’t add anything else.

The strawberry yoghurt is so good!

My daughter ordered Taro, and was given a drink without Boba. When I went to the store to tell them, they said we ran out of Boba!! It felt like we were scammed, they could have told us that they ran out of Boba before making the drink. I expected them to apologize or return the money back, but they didn't suggest it. My daughter was crying, and she told me I will never come back to this place!
