The first bite I took I knew I loved their food and they have a very good service they treat you like ur family

The food is amazing but i got the mozerella sticks and the ranch and there was hair in my ranch and a piece of sharp plastic in my food

I don’t usually do this, but I feel this is very necessary. When I walked in initially there was only one single patron waiting for his order. There was no one at the service window when I approached. The one who was there looked in directly at me and immediately continued packing up the order he was fulfilling. There was no greeting nor was there any acknowledgment that I even existed. Normally I could get over that. But what really ruined the experience for me was the smoothie and the bun not being toasted. The smoothie was made from some premix and it was absolutely disgusting. The bun was not toasted as I expected it to be. So to some this up, I will not be returning ever. Oh I almost forgot, the meal was entirely overpriced for the lack of quality and effort used to make the meal. Just under $20.

My burger always taste great but I have noticed I have to order a double patty these days cause they seem to be thinner!! ‍♀️ Overall good burgers.
