Great place and lovely staff!

Good shepherd's play Cafe. Hosted my daughter party the venue is like a dream imaginary play suited for all children. So much much detail in decor. it's surroundings are welcoming and eye catching for youngsters. The service was fabulous and the staff are polite and welcoming. its fresh and clean with a warm welcome feeling. I highly recommend this place to play dine and for children's birthday parties. Very professional. Thank you good shepherds play Cafe for making my daughters birthday so special!

This is fantastic play cafe. I wish I had found it sooner! We loved it so much we chose to have our son's 4th birthday party there. The owners and staff are amazing. They couldn't be more attentive or kind and they go out of their way to make it a personal experience. All the kids at the party really enjoyed themselves. The magician was great too. This is a brilliant place to hang out with babies and toddlers during the week and its also a perfect place for a party. You won't be disappointed. Thank you!! X Ps. The food is great too!

Everything about this family run play cafe is absolutely wonderful and the service is exceptional. The play cafe is very clean, there are plenty of toys for my son to play with and the staff are so attentive. I really love how I can relax with a drink or hot food, knowing my son is safely enjoying himself and I can easily keep an eye on him. The cafe really does have a magical fairytale wonderland feel. I love the relaxed calming atmosphere and the Hong Kong style food is also amazing. I'd highly recommend it here for parents and their little ones for a visit or for a party.

awful. firstly, toys, customs are filthy. secondly, flooring are those eva foam mats taped with sellotape, but some of them have trip hazard (refer to photo), you have to fix this. lastly, on the day i last visited their fire alarm went off due to their cooking smoke from their open kitchen suituated in the same room as children playing area (ridiculous). according to health & safety they should have guided everyone to evacuate the building immediately until the situation was evaluated as safe and alarm switched off, what they did was just grabbing some a4 paper kind of manually "fan" the smoke away from the smoke detector, thats ridiculous! the room was full of white smoke and my LO kept coughing because of this. this place has nearly no health & safety compliance, for a play area for little ones this place is definitely unsuitable.

Can’t believe I’ve only just discovered this place. Lovely, spotlessly clean and relaxed environment with loads of different play areas and activities. Will definitely be returning very soon!

Good Shepherd is my favourite play cafe to take my toddler. It is a child’s wonderland, with so many wonderful play areas for the kids to get involved in. I love relaxing on the couch with a coffee while my child plays within sight. The cafe serves great refreshments with delicious food and wonderful service. We look forward to going every week.

My daughter loves playing at the Good Shepherd so much that we had her 2nd birthday party there! The staff are so friendly and helpful, the food was great and there are just so many great toys - my daughter and her friends had so much fun! The only downside is the lack of parking, but this is no fault of the venue. Parking: Not much parking and sometimes difficult to get out Kid-friendliness: Amazing play cafe for children up to 7! Wonderful, friendly staff.

My little boy had a great time playing here, it's so well equipped for keeping littles entertained. The staff are so lovely and helpful, they really go above and beyond
