After spending £80 on food it was absolutely shocking. The food was cold and the there was no flavour at all. Surprising bearing in mind we ordered 50 minutes prior and still had to wait an hour in store This wasn’t the worst part after calling the restaurant we were told a manager would get back to us. We had to call 2 hours later at which point they said the manager would call back. The manager called back and said if we took the food back we would get a new lot however this was only offered 3 hours after collecting by which point the food was binned. The manager then called us liars as they know their food is brilliant and it’s because it is cold outside Would never go here again

Shame this usually is ok, but this time not so.

Larger portions than expected, good quality and flavour

I ordered a chicken chow-mein and chips for my mother at 16.20 sat 10/2/24 After over an hour’s wait it eventually came. The so called chicken chow mein was very very dry and just noodles with bits of chicken, Absolutely disgusting As for the chips, uneditable so hard and dry couldn’t eat. At a cost of £13.50 which included delivery it was a total waste of money and to wait over an hour is terrible SHALL NOT BE USING AGAIN NOR DO I RECOMMEND, it used to be good food at a fair price Now it’s Disgusting food at Extortionate Prices

Ordered from here the other day, it definitely not Chinese, the seaweed is all soft , the salt and Pepper prawns over cooked no flavour. The rice is oily and curry sauce is not good and the crackers are to fishy tasting. Really disappointed eating here I'm use to proper Chinese. If you want a good Chinese that tastes like Chinese food avoid this place

My daughter worked here and on her 3rd trial shift she was shouted at and laughed at for not knowing the name of a curry absolutely disgusting treatment for a 16year old girl on minimum wage.

so disgusted! food poising for 4 days straight after the chicken curry and no refund also emailed the restaurant and no answer also the workers are rude and have no manners. wouldn’t recommend!

Lovely food, excellent service

Awful. Chicken balls rock hard inside and soggy outside, chewy cold chow mein, the whole meal was just terrible. Phoned to complain with no sympathy or offer to change or refund. Just hoping we aren’t sick . Disappointing as it was a lot of money to waste. Wouldn’t use again.
