Gongura pickle (gongura pacchadi) is one of our all-time craveable favorites---made with Roselle leaves ("gongura" in the Telugu language) and lots of Indian spices. We've grown gongura for years here in Missouri and made the pickle for ourselves, with the recipe and the assistance of our friends from Hyderabad.
