I was the only one waiting for an order and there was one order before mine and I waited ten minutes for one drink. On top of that the tapioca pearls were sticky and very chewy. I also just noticed that I also have no ice in my drink that asks for 70% ice.

Did this place change ownership or are they trying to cut costs? Either way, this was my go to spot for Taiwanese style soft serve ice cream in a delicious egg waffle. I went back recently and it was terrible. First off, they usually placed the waffle in a sort of paper cone to make it Way easier to eat, but they put it in a cup, better suited for french fries or donuts causing the ice cream to fall straight to the bottom of the cup while the waffle is just haphazardly crammed in there. Not a good look and over complicates the eating process. To make matters worse, the ice cream was hard and had little ice chips throughout it suggesting a weird thawing and refreezing situation. If the ice cream thought too much… Just throw it away, Or at least charge less for serving a lower quality.. Definitely not the smooth and creamy texture that I’m used to enjoying. The only reason that I’m giving them two stars is because the egg waffle is still as I remember it… I don’t have high hopes that it will be next time though so I probably won’t be returning. I used to recommend this place for authentic ice cream cones, reminiscent of that found throughout the streets of Taiwan, but I definitely can’t say that anymore. I will miss hanging out and playing Jenga while bopping along to the music. I might try a different location, but if that one sucks I’m just gonna have to go to Annandale, or little Saigon for Boba and ice cream from now on..

Cozy location that can easily be missed if you’re not looking for it. Easy to order on the kiosk. Kinda pricey

Handed me a cup of milk tea improperly sealed and the tea spilled all over my cloth. The store attendant didn’t seem to care and even asked if I cut it myself.
