Love their food. Our waitress seemed preoccupied and didn't seem to notice us sitting where she put us.

Food tastes great and good prices as well. The best time to go is during lunch time for the specials. However, the service is awful. You are frequently ignored and its hard to get something as simple as a menu. I sat and waited for 30 minutes for her to come back and get my credit card for payment so I could leave. I was so sick of waiting I just left cash on the table. I highly recommend getting takeout.

Great place to eat

Disappointed in so many ways. We ordered Chinese food to go chicken fried rice and pork fried rice. Cashew chicken and Wong tongs. Everything had a little to no taste or was tasteless. I would not recommend eating Chinese food here. The staff was friendly.

So make sure you verify prices prior to ordering. The only menu I could find that said it was posted 5 months ago was incorrect by about 35%. When my son gave me the receipt I called and was told there was nothing that they could do except apologize that the only menu online was incorrect. So I basically paid for an extra meal and got hung up on. Because it was a pick up order they did have my phone number and could have called back. Not sure that I would order again. Highly disappointed in the lack of customer service. Not like my order was small. Shame on you Golden Palace!!
