We offer a menu free from gluten, soy products, seed oils, MSG, tap water, and several other ingredients you might find elsewhere. Our food is handmade with care, using only the best ingredients—organic blue corn tortillas, top-quality vegetables and meats, and mayo made with olive oil. We only serve cereal grain products sourced from trusted suppliers in Europe and Southeast Asia.
