Glory Days Grill

On 4/6, I visited this location to celebrate my mom's birthday. We patiently waited at the door to be seated, which wasn't a big deal. However, once we were seated, no one came over to greet us. Despite sitting there for at least 15 minutes, neither of the two waitresses made eye contact or acknowledged our presence. One waitress attended to a table seated after us, while the other completely ignored us. Disappointed by the lack of attentiveness from the staff, we decided to leave. It's essential for the staff to be more attentive to their guests' needs.

Fine for a quick casual meal. Service was good, friendly staff. Cole slaw sucks.

Used to come here quite a bit when i lived in the area.Went there on 4/09/2024 and the food was average, but the service was terrible. It was by far the worst service I have ever had. The restaurant wasn't that busy when we were there, but our server was very slow and barely checked on us.

Quaint hideaway...for me, it was a tad chilly...next time.. sweater & rain jacket... food was remarkable.. ❤️ Dietary restrictions: Kindly let them know in advance... salt-free, sugar-free, etc. needs to be noted before items are prepared for you, in all fairness... items are rather tasty!!

The night me and a friend went to get a drink and some food before closing we encountered a rude bartender. We got there short of an hour before the kitchen closed so we had ample enough of time to order food. The bartender had two couples that had already been attended to. So, basically it was just us who needed service. At least 15 minutes go by and we’re still waiting to be offered menus, water and drinks. All along, still waiting patiently, but getting antsy a crowd of Six walked in, and the restaurant is still open, but they asked if they could sit at the bar. The bartender told them in many different words, I don’t know if anybody else will take you, but I am not. The crowd seemed a little taken back by her reply, and said Well, can we at least get a table. She stated I don’t know about anybody else, but I know I am not. We’re about to close and I’m not going to do it. One guy from the crowd stated that he was a YouTuber, and he would’ve given her a good tip. The bartender said, “oh OK that’s nice but I’m not going to take y’all we short staffed and had been all week, and I’m not going to do it.” Eventually, they left after being rudely dismissed. Then the bartender comes up to us with menus and say, do you all know what you want to drink. We simply said “no that’s OK. Can you get a manager?” I’m assuming the lady who came to us was the manager, and she tried to make up for her employee neglect and bitterness. So we decided to just get a few wings and things. After being served by the manager, we told her that we hope the bartender has a better day but it’s never okay to talk to your customers the way she did. If the weeks been tough, then that will be between her and her management team, the public should not be aware of what’s happening behind the scenes. Customer service is and should always be the main focus. ‍♀️

Service was horrendous. My son's food came out 45 minutes before mine. We also had to ask multiple times to get one soda refill. Never going again.

The food was good especially the cornbread the service was excellent and the atmosphere is very laid back
