If you love Italian food and pastry then you’ll love this place!!!
Wonderfull pastry and Italian groceries. The staff are attentive And they make a lot of goods there. The best italian in the area. I look foward to going back and using my limited Italian. What a treat!
First visit today....great conversation about family and Italy. ....we live in Anderson so it's a short drive...... will be back soon...... thank you
We goofed on our timing and arrived right as Gio's closed. The staff, however, were extremely courteous and accommodating, and invited us in. While I don't recommend doing this, it highlights the level of customer service they provide. We left with gelato, sorbet, and pastry treats, all of which were quite satisfying. I hope to get back soon to try the coffee and examine their Italian Market wares. We'll just schedule a more appropriately-timed visit. Be aware that the shop is small. It's a to-go business, it appears, rather than a sit-down location for gelato and coffee. They are only a block from the benches of a small park, however, and the Main Street is one of those that people will want to walk while eating a treat.
Great spot in a cool part of town. This area has such great potential & one day it’ll be hopping. Gio is worth the ride. Easy to find. Quick trip from Simpsonville. Go there asap Parking: Lots of space
Everything about this hidden gem was amazing. From the moment we walked in we felt like family, were treated with such kindness, and served the most authentic Italian bakery items we’ve had since actually being in Italy! The take and bake meals we got were also super yummy and fresh. Thanks Gio’s!! Kid-friendliness: They were so sweet to our kids and took the time to explain menu items and chat!
Omg. All the yummy stuff!!!
