Gintilla Vegan Restaurant

I am beyond satisfied with the quality of food, customer service, and overall experience at Gintilla. The food is well presented, tastes amazing, and the waiters are kind. Also, the aesthetic of the restaurant is quite appealing. I will definitely eat here again next time I'm in Cagliari!

Non ci tornavo da una decina d'anni, sono rimasta molto delusa. Menú molto breve e, a causa del guasto al forno, ancora meno scelte disponibili. Piatti buoni ma di difficile digestione (in 3 non abbiamo potuto toccare cibo per tutta la sera). Delusione per la seadas che non ricorda l'originale. Personale gentile ma non molto attento alle comande.

I ordered just salad, and it was delicious with greens, fruits, and nuts. Friendly staff. The only thing i didn't like was the music in the background it was intense, I prefer something more relaxing when I am eating.

Non sono vegana ma è stata una bella esperienza. Sia a pranzo che cena ....meritava ritornare. Cibo ottimo personale gentile. Lo consiglio

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Abend und saßen draußen. Der Service war sehr freundlich und das Essen hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Wirklich abwechslungsreiche vegane Speisen. Es tut sehr leid dass ich ganz vergessen habe ein ordentliches Trinkgeld zu hinterlassen da ich mich noch so nett mit dem Kassierer unterhalten habe. Wenn wir wieder in cagliari sind kommen wir bestimmt wieder und holen das nach. Versprochen:-)

Food was good but nothing mind-blowing, not very creative. Anyway it is always good to have a whole menu with vegan options to choose from (:

Ein tolles vegetarisch/ veganes Restaurant mit außergewöhnlicher Küche - ein Hauch von sardischer Tradition gemischt mit Gerichten aus Seitan, Soja, etc. auf köstliche und sehr schmackhafte Art und Weise zubereitet.

Sin palabras!!! El servicio es extraordinario, camareros amables, atentos y educados. La comida deliciosa (probé un día la lasaña y otro los culurgiones) pero, lo más importante, tienen el coulant de chocolate más bueno que he comido en mi vida (estaba sólo unos días aquí y he tenido que repetir porque no podía irme sin volver a comerlo!!!).

Avrei ordinato ogni cosa sul menù! Molto gustoso e con diverse opzioni, tra cui i piatti della tradizione sarda rivisitati in versione vegana. Prezzi un po’ alti ma comunque ne vale la pena! Consigliato!!
