Gino’s used to be my favorite pizza. Within the last year I’ve ordered several times. Each time I order it has gotten worse!! Todaywhen I received my pizza it was cold looked like a day old pizza. How that happens on a 35 min delivery I don’t know???? Lack of toppings. Just garbage!! I also ordered wings with sauce that came with no sauce!! This is Gino’s 3rd strike from me I will never order from them again!! 2 years ago it was amazing!!
As someone who works in the customer service industry and worked for 6 years in fast food - the customer service we received today was absolutely horrendous. We ordered a heart shaped pizza for Valentine’s Day, along with a garlic bread loaf with cheese. We called this order in to the call centre. We picked the order up from the storefront. We realized once we got home that the garlic bread didn’t have the cheese on it like we thought we paid for. When we got back to the storefront, the employee told us that we didn’t pay for cheese. Clearly, there was a discrepancy between the call centre and Gino’s, as I was clear that I would like cheese on the garlic loaf. The employee said that they wouldn’t add cheese and that they don’t give out free food - that is fair. However, as a customer who ordered through the call centre and did not receive what we ordered - it is very upsetting especially on a holiday that we are trying to celebrate. We received attitude from the employee, and manager about this issue. I cannot in good conscience recommend ordering from this Gino’s. If you must - consider having it delivered or go on over to Domino’s who have amazing customer service everytime.
