Hands down the best Ramen and service I’ve ever had

Went for dinner and it basically ruined the night. Please train your staff better so that when there is a line out the door and at the same time people who are seated are ready to order that they aren't gathered in a group near the front not doing much of anything. The only pro I do have is that the drinks are nice but it is very overpriced for the food and service that you get.

Food took a long time to get to us. Also, I don’t see the hype factor, the food is ok, will do in a pinch. Found the broth on the greasy side tbh. Cute looking place though.

Service is awful! Went in and asked what the most popular things were and the girl working had no idea. I ordered a few things, then asked if the gyoza is good - she said, “oh that’s the most popular thing!” After ordering they said it’d be a twenty minute wait, so I sat down and waited. Over 40 minutes for takeout ramen. It’s ramen - it’s not like you’re baking something. Perhaps it was busy, you ask? There were four tables. Two had already eaten when I got there. I haven’t tried to food yet - I’m writing this as I’m finally driving home with this takeout. Unfortunately due to how long it took, I had to plead with a parking attendant not to ticket me in the twenty min max parking outside. Overall pretty horrible service experience.

Took over 40 mins to get my order

I go to Ghost ramen once a week. The food is exceptional, their staff is polite and knowledgeable. The Bao options are delicious, I always order each one . Fresh handmade noodles, that no other Ramen restaurant in Victoria can compare with. Ghost Ramen is the best ramen restaurant in Victoria with an elegant dining room plus drinks that can compete with Citrus and Cane!

The loooooong wait time is not worth it for expensive but only mediocre ramen. Parking: hard to find parking near the restaurant on busy nights

The food here is soooo good. I have been here twice. I had tonkotsu ramen, and a bao. It was one of the best , if not the best ramen I have ever had. The broth was extremely flavourful and vibrant. Not bland in anyway. It tastes very fresh and homemade. Delicious. I will be coming back here many times. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive here. The vibe is so cosy with all the candles and the dim lightening , I love the vibe so much it is romantic and cosy:)
