Gezzo's West Coast Burritos

Ordered a shrimp burrito and a steak burrito and they were both delicious.

Food was excellent! Maria is always so nice when we come in. We visit at least once a week. Parking: Plenary of spaces

I came in for lunch like I do frequently. This time the customer service was not like my other visits. When I walked in the lady serving the food was sitting down at a booth and made immediately clear that she did not want to get up and stop her conversation with another employee. She continued with her conversation. When she walked over she asked what I wanted. After I gave my order I got an eye roll and can tell she was irritated. She was rude throughout the whole time i was ordering. After my order was completed I asked for her name since she wasn't wearing a name tag she mumbled something under her breath and then responded Tiffany. I asked for a manager and said said she was the manager. I was shocked because I've never had anyone act like she did at this restaurant. I eat at this restaurant very frequently, but not sure if I will be back. I definitely won't if I see Tiffany.

I took my family there Saturday afternoon after we went to urban air and I was highly disappointed. The meat was cold and burnt on every dish. I was burping the rest of the weekend and I couldn't get off the toilet.

Updated review! Been a good while, couple years, and decided to give them another chance. Egg on my face! Seriously never returning this time without a doubt. Not only was the response (see below) a lie and nothing that ever happens for any place that gets negative reviews, but it is exactly the same bull that always fricking happens. My order, screwed up! Put rice in the bowl that says no rice on the receipt, didn't put lettuce in the other. No pico even though both were requested to have it. How hard is it to read a piece of paper with the instructions PRINTED ON IT IN PLAIN ENGLISH IN ALL CAPS?! Does this place think people like to have their food wrong? Do they think people order food when they are not hungry and have time to drive back to their "restaurant" to have things corrected? 0*'s

Very good food and good vibes. Fresh and very tasty. The spicy chicken is flaming hot. Yes.
