Get Stuffed

I usually have good service but the 2 staff members I spoke to today were so unhelpful and rude I am disgusted with their " customer service" they are very unprofessional. Dietary restrictions: The restaurant openly admitted they sent me the incorrect food although they have been advised numerous times I can't have what they sent. They have also refused to return my money.

Great coffee, food & staff. James is such a lovely guy & runs a professional, happy team. Considering he isn't a coffee drinker , he makes a great coffee !

Food is horrible each breakfast item tastes of the same oil

Great place to order from they do nearly everything you can think of, also the staff there are amazing sorted out an issue I had with uber as it was the drivers fault not the restaurant at fault , truly went above and beyond for their customers Vegetarian options: They have plenty of vegetarian options at the restaurant

I feel a bit stupid having left it so long to try this place, being the nearest breakfast caff to me on Ball Hill. The only one that does alternative milks, it seems! Very extensive menu, with all the traditional cafe angles covered. Parking: Parking in the side road is the best option (Briton Road) but a paid for car park on Clay Lane is also available with plenty of spaces.

Every day drink coffee there, amazing place.

Great Staff - Helpful and Hardworking Great Food Great Atmosphere Definitely Recommend

Honestly, words don't do my experience justice. Even thinking about my experience makes me want to stick needles in my eyes as I'm sure that would be much more pleasurable. I ordered a full English breakfast, the tomatoes looked like they had been stamped on by the owners bare feet. The bacon was that stiff that even my girlfriend would have had a good time if I had given it to her. I don't think I need to say much more.

Love this place, good food and drink, actually heading there in an hour when there open staying awake for it
