Get & Go Burrito

It’s a shame how much this place fell in quality. The original owners held this place with lots of integrity and pride. Food was awesome, service was great when it first opened up. However, I walked into this restaurant recently and it smelt like feet. It has been a while since i visited so I decided to get their supreme fries anyway as I always have gotten. I waited 20 minutes for just french fries and some already prepared toppings. Customers who came in after me, took 10 minutes to decide what to get and still got their foods before me. The workers excuse was the chef is deaf in one ear, therefore he didn’t hear my order when communicated to him. This is why you have a printer for the kitchen, incorporated with the POS. I wasn’t acknowledged the whole time standing there even though Ive made eye contact with the 2 idiots at the front desk several times. Even though they’ve realized their chef didn’t start my order, they couldn’t even apologize to me or assure to me that my food will be ready in a moment. As for the food, one word: SLOPPY. The chef touching his hair and face while cooking my food. You guys need training. Let me know when you are ready.

Seriously one of the best burrito places I’ve discovered. Great atmosphere, tasty burritos and the generous owners and workers are very welcoming

Probably shouldnt let your staff sit on the counter tops you use to prep food. Maybe give them chairs.

I miss you at your Aurora location. I hope you will be opening up soon in my area.
