I am very disappointed with the services of GDK. I had 2 bad experiences with them. First one was dine in when I cancelled my order straight away because i made the weong order. They told me that the amount will be refunded in my account in the coming week. But it was not refunded even after 10 phone calls. I had to contact the head office. Even they said they’re doing investigations but unfortunately no response. We were a big group so the amount was not even small. Very disappointing. Wanted to leave the review then but i let that go untill it happened again. I ordered in the app to pickup in store. Again half of the order was missing. When contacted them so many times even by visiting the store in Cardiff itself yet no response.
Extremely greasy, regret eating it afterwards. As for the atmosphere, when you’re paying £10+ for a kebab you’d expect decent clean tables and seats..
Very impressed with the food. First time i ever tried a kebab at this venue. We did feel the service was lacklustre. The lady who served us had no personality and was almost robotic in her interaction with us. Better customer service needed- friendly warmth and enthusiasm with customers would greatly help this branch on City Rd. Otherwise, the food was delicious and i'm really not a fan of kebab usually.
Took my money and didn’t deliver my order then refused to refund absolutely terrible service
