Delivery Lunch Ordered 8 spring rolls and gymbox. Food was delivered 45 minutes late and it was cold. Spring rolls were missing, so I called German doner Kabab they were not helful rather blamed the deliveroo driver that he did not deliver the spring rolls. They were surely lying as the moment driver delivered the food I opened it right in front of him and asked where are the spring rolls. He said this is all they gave. They asked us to come to store and collect if we need the rolls. If i have to go to store why would I order online? we will not order again from these guys. Really disappointed.
We ordered around £35 of food at 5.30. It was delivered at 6 o’clock and was cold. The food quality was also awful. We will not be using GDK Moseley again. This food was meant to be for breaking our fasts. The time was such that we were not able to order elsewhere. After complaining to the shop we were told to call UberEats. This was meant to be a treat. It definitely wasn’t worthy of being called that. After complaining to UberEats we were given a refund of 79p. It seems like we were delivered unsold food that was cold. The panini had very little filling and sauce was spilled on the food.
