What a gem of a restaurant! The first time we went, I asked to see the crab cake, as I have been so very disappointed with crab cakes in other restaurant, where they promise it is lump crab...and when it arrives and I see the crab all mushed up and ask about it, I am told that it was lump, but it was mashed. WRONG! So I was shown a crab cake and boy did it make my mouth water! It was the best that I have had in a very long time. The second time that we went, we had the lobster roll sandwich. It didn't turn me on like the crab cake sandwich did. We had a fried oyster appetizer...I would not recommend Georgetown for fried oysters....but their crab cake sandwich, for sure, and their hush puppies are sublime, with kernals of corn included. Manager Nyiesha always goes the extra mile, even helping us find a parking space when we went in our car the second time. I believe my husband will likely try the fried fish next visit. As to the atmosphere, we have always eaten downstairs. There is nothing wrong with it for the walk-up-to-the-counter place that it is. I can't wait to see its expansion next door!

this place was awesome ! the staff were so kind and the food was amazing. Accidentally ordered the crab cakes instead of a lobster roll and it was INCREDIBLE! and they were super friendly to my dog :)

If you have come here you definitely have to try the lobster roll and hush puppies. The lobster was so juicy and buttery and the hush puppies had the perfect flavor and crisp + a delicious dip! I also tried the lobster bisque but I could’ve done without. I was dining alone but I also would’ve ordered a slice of cheesecake to try if I had the room for it.

Amazing food & amazing service. Ny was fantastic. If you're looking for a cozy place with good lobster rolls & clamp chowder, I highly recommend this place

My family and I loved this place. The food was fantastic. The staff was very attentive. My son said it was the best sandwich he's ever had in his life (grilled cheese lobster). Fun & relaxed atmosphere. Extremely good lobster bisque. Hushpuppies were incredible.
