Absolutely disgusting, soggy cheesecake base, topping tastes off!! Waffle is not cooked properly, barely any Nutella but swimming in oreo! Poor service and food. Customer service, Idris said "just do a uber eats complaint and get your money back," what an attitude!!

Avoid the apple crumble at all costs looks more like jelly mixed with some other substances won't be ordering again that's for sure

Beat milkshake in the world

Ordered via Uber eats, first the order turned up with a item missing, I rang the shop and they delivered the strawberry sundae that was short. That turned up in a open container, no bag, no covering and open to the elements. The Uber driver didn’t have a mask on so was breathing over the open sundae, disgusting & unhygienic, I threw it straight in the bin. In a time of covid I don’t know how this shop think that it’s acceptable to send out a delivery this way. Last time I’ll order from this shop and I’ve also deleted the Uber app.
