La Carrara in Florence serves the best gelato I’ve ever tasted, especially their exceptional chocolate gelato. Its rich, intense flavor and creamy texture balance sweetness and slight bitterness perfectly. Each spoonful is a delightful experience. Though it can be a bit crowded. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to recommend flavors. If you’re in Florence, you must try La Carrara’s chocolate gelato.

Best gelato I’ve had! Staff were helpful and the had great flavours. I got the Pistachio and Coffee flavours.

The most delicious gelato we had on our trip! But one big tip! When you go into the store to place your order, from the main door you can only see half the gelato flavours! Make sure you check out all the other flavors on the far side of the restaurant (it's an L shaped counter). We missed the second side of flavours and in our opinion all the best flavours were on the back side. Worth the line up!

El mejor helado que he probado en mi vida, tan bueno que me animé a escribir mi primera reseña en internet solo para recomendarlo! En Santa Croce hay otra heladería igual para quien le quede mejor ir allí. Más que recomendado el helado de chocolate blanco con trozos de pistacho 🤍💚
