Since the place is really popular, there is a line, but the workers serves everything really quick, so the waiting time is not long. The pistachio and chocolate flavors are really intense and really good! The best gelato in Venice!

Helado exquisito, el mejor que hemos probado en Italia. Precios muy buenos y personal muy simpático y amable.

Φιλικό προσωπικό και φοβερό παγωτό ειδικά οι γεύσεις φυστίκι και τιραμισού ! Must να τα δοκιμάσετε , τοπ φαγητό στην Βενετία και καλή τιμή. Ημασταν 3 μέρες και φάγαμε και τις 3 παγωτό από το μαγαζί αυτό Μας άρεσε πολύ

Cheerful servers apparently were not able to compensate for the lack in flavours. I’m gonna stick to Venchi and Amarillo.

Très bonnes glaces et personnel souriant. La demoiselle m'a reconnue suite à mon deuxième passage alors qu'elle voit défiler des centaines de personnes par jour. Super rapport qualité prix... Je dirai même que pour la qualité ils auraient pu augmenter légèrement les prix. Mais pour nous consommateurs, c'est parfait tel que c'est 😉 Pour info, pour le parfum pistache, ajouter 50 centimes. Allez-y et régalez vous. Bonne dégustation 🙂

The gelato was thick and creamy and they rely on gimmicks like chocolate waffles and cream on top of gelato. It’s ok. Maybe good for people who have not tasted proper artisanal stuff? More rich and cream than actual flavour and lightness. There are definitely better places in Venice

Was skeptical of the high stars on Google, but it was no hype. Really impressed by the quality and flavors of the gelato, and the ladies at the counter are very friendly as well. Our family of 4 all gave thumbs up!
