Gar Joe’s Crawfish, in operation since 2021, specializes in authentically cooked Crawfish Dinners and is a must-try for any crawfish lover. Bringing you the finest selection of fresh, never frozen crawfish in the Midwest, we use only fresh catches directly from the heart of Louisiana. Our offerings include live crawfish, Cajun critters, fixins, & common seafood cravings guaranteed to impress any Cajun or Creole native. Find us at the red food truck in Froggy’s Liquor Store parking lot during Crawfish season. Follow Gar Joe’s Crawfish for all you can eat events and catered boils. To pre-order, make sure to place your order by 4 PM on Wednesdays for pick up the following Saturday between 11 AM to 4 PM. Walk ups encouraged but not guaranteed.
