Great place with friendly staff. The food is excellent

Food was very good, the place was very busy and so a bit loud and clattery, however, this did not distract too much from the enjoyment of the food and the place Would recommend a visit if you are in the area ☺️

First time here at Gannets, it's a lovely café, my friend had the soup of the day (roasted sweet potato and lentil) I had ratatouille with garlic bread. It was yummy, and at a reasonable price we both had a drink to all in all it was just under £20.

First visit today. Food was quite nice, although I only had a chicken salad. Two downsides for me were,.. I didn't feel welcome because I had a dog (very small dog). We got ushered to a very small space where I ended up feeling rather uncomfortable. Didn't find the staff to be polite, nor friendly. After reading some reviews I am assuming they were having an off day.

Fabulous place, foods always delicious and fresh. Very popular, lots of seating upstairs and down. Quiche to die for. Every drink you could want and caters for every need.

One of our favourite places for lunch in Newark. All food freshly prepared with a handful of specials daily. Great staff and puddings/cake to die for. Do not do sandwiches, it's light bites, tasty salads or delicious hot lunches. Cater for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free diets.
