Good meat, fast and friendly service

This was our first time visiting after it’s been under new management and it was an amazing experience. We liked the changes with ordering the meat through our awesome server, Emma. She was always there to give refills, make suggestions, and share cooking tips like using the edges of the pan to get that beautiful texture on the different meats. I’m embarrassed that we didn’t snap a picture, but trust the new owners are great. The manager, Justin, was incredibly accommodating and when we weren’t big fans on the Tom Yum soup suggested we try the Kimchi and Spicy Miso soup. He brought us out brand new soups which was so kind. My favorite was the beef bulgogi. The flavor was perfect. Probably the best I’ve had in a long time. Can’t wait to go back!

I absolutely love this place, great food and great customer service, super clean and fresh food. I will come back to Texas just to dine in here. My family and I had a great time, super recommended !! 매우 감사합니다

Food was really good! Staff hovers closely but they're all super sweet!

*Update 1/20/24* everything is still great! Service awesome so is the selection and foods.* Me and my sons enjoyed our first experience eating hot pot and everything. We were lost af but watched YouTube vids and tried to watch those around us without being creepy and within minutes we had everything going lol. Food and service was great. Will come again! -

The food was great for the price and quality!

I really liked the whole aspect of getting my own meats before but this new management is great. The experience with the new management is a lot better than before, everyone felt very welcoming and the quality of the food tastes a lot better. Their beef bulgogi was honestly so delicious. The best I’ve had in a while! I liked fusion kitchen before but I really love it now! I also loved their tteokbokki too!
