Good ambiance, overpriced food with small quantities and food did not taste as good. Eating chickens lollipop I was bitting more into maida than the chicken piece.
Wanted to give the remodeled place a try and the ambience was great. Although the food and portions were very disappointing. the tea kettle was tiny with only one cup of tea inside it which seemed very odd since it's meant for 2 people. The servers were busy enough that we tried to get attention but gave up after 5 mins. The other dishes we got also had creative presentation that we appreciate but the taste definitely had a lot lacking. Specially the paneer dish pictured below had no flavor at all. I hope they can balance the creative setup with some taste
Good food. Our server Prince gave an amazing service.
The new ambience is good. Food is still ok, with someof the item hit and some are miss when you compare the amount charged. But our visit was made pleasent by our server Mr. Prince, who was very nice and patient guy, as we kept changing our mind and while order, but he was very polite and fulfill our needs. 10/10 to Prince.
I do not know what the hype is about this place. Food was ok, perhaps the options i did not order could be better. Pros: Great vibe and atmosphere , feels like you are transported to India. They have a lot of menu options. Masala soda was good. Service is fast but could depend on the day/time you go there. Cons: Portion size is small and prices are high for the portion they serve. I did not like most of the food I ordered. Masala keema pav was oily, keema was very less. Chicken lollipop was so much coated with maida (refined wheat flour) batter that you could taste the maida when you bit into it. It tasted more like Maida lollipop than chicken lollipop. Schezwan chicken fried rice was extremely dry, rice felt undercooked and it does not come with a side of sauce, you need to order it and they charge for it.
Everything tasted very authentic. We tried the fusion vada pav, gabbar paneer, katori chaat, and the veg patiala, and everything was really good. Love the efforts put towards the ambience and serveware too to make it a fun experience. Noor helped us both times and the service was exceptional!
The food at Fusion India was delicious. I especially enjoyed the Triple Schezwan fried rice, as it was very flavorful. As for the service, the waiter that assisted us, Prince, was attentive, friendly, and knowledgable about the menu. He notified us about what each food contained, which prevented us from ordering foods that would not have fit our dietary restrictions. He checked in on us frequently and made sure we had everything we needed/wanted throughout the meal. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would 100% recommend it for anyone who is looking for a cozy atmosphere, great food, and excellent service!
This place is a hidden gem! My mom and I dropped in to grab a quick lunch and we were both shocked by the beautiful and colorful atmosphere. Our waiter, Raman was wonderful at helping us pick some great appetizers and main courses that had great spices and flavors. The service was very attentive and we received all of our food in a timely manner. Will definitely be going back!
I can’t rave enough about the incredible experience we had at this Bollywood-themed Indian fusion restaurant! Every dish was an exquisite fusion of flavors that left us wanting more. The presentation was absolutely stunning, with each dish served in a unique and captivating manner. Prince, our server, provided top-notch hospitality, making our dining experience truly memorable. We drove 45 minutes from Sammamish and I’d say that it was absolutely worth it. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a culinary adventure!
