Fusabowl

Had the Gen Tso and Teryiaki signature bowls. Both were good. Teryiaki could use more flavor but still good. They get four stars because the food was better quality, value, and taste than the average restaurant with these offerings.

My husband and I went in to get bowls and sushi. As we’re ordering the guy that makes sushi is sitting behind the counter on his phone knuckles deep in his nose!!! Starts rolling whatever he pulled out between his fingers, then digs again and eats it!! The other employees saw it and told me he doesn’t speak English. He should know what wash your hands mean!!! Don’t eat here or at least don’t get sushi from here!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Really good poke bowl.

This place is run weird. The employees don’t seem to help one another. I feel like theirs no team work. They have 1 guy making all the food while they have the other 2 employees just standing around starring at him and talking. While 4 customers waiting for the food to be done. Either they need more training or they need to understand that by working together they can get the orders knock out quicker and they can all just stand around afterwards. Instead of complaining about how annoying DoorDash orders are and standing around watching 1 guy work.

I would not recommend this place based off my experience. I got a General Tso’s bowl with noodles and my husband got a grilled chicken bowl with Teriyaki sauce and noodles. The chicken was definitely overcooked and the rest of it was just kind of bland. I put soy sauce in mine to try and liven it up but the damage was done. The staff was fine, no issues there. The food was just “meh.” Not sure how the ratings are so high. Maybe the sushi is better?

Sometimes, the food is hit or miss for me, but I keep coming back, so I obviously don't hate it.

I've never been disappointed with Fusabowl. Everyone is so friendly, the food is quality hibachi fast and the ginger sauce is AMAZING!

None of the staff are wearing gloves making the food or hair nets , touching there hair in playing with there electronic devices in not washing hands in between

Service was terrible. I walked in and everyone just stared at me without saying a word. Told them I had never been there before and they were still silent. They also completely doused my food in spicy mayo to the point where it was almost inedible. Also when I paid the woman at the counter just moved on to the next customer without handing me my food. Once I pointed out I still needed my food she didn’t even say sorry or “my bad” or anything. Just all around a pretty poor experience and I feel like I wasted my lunch break going here

My chicken was undercooked. They charged me extra for things that already come in the food and don't tell you until you get to the register. I was also charged for fried rice and they gave me brown. They charged to fry my Sunday morning roll when it already comes fried. They charged me to cook my vegetables and charged me for containers of sauce, but I didn't get sauce on my bowl because I don't like mushy food. They told me I had too many veggies and charged me for that too. Even tho I only got 4 of the 8. I wanted my cheese on the side because I didn't want in melted in my bowl. They charged me for that and didn't even give it to me. Then the guy was rude when I brought it to his attention all the extra charges and he start speaking in a different language... OFFENSIVE...First experience and it was AWFUL! Springfield Pike, Woodlawn.

Very slow service. They kept completing other orders even while I waited

I really do love their Airforce Roll - but will NEVER order from here again. They just can't seem to remember to include chopsticks with my order. This is the THIRD time I've ordered from here and my sushi has arrived with no utensils (or soy sauce) even after specifically requesting it the last two times. If you like eating sushi with your hands...this is the place.
