Fuel & Iron Food Hall

Fuel & Iron is Pueblo’s first food hall, located in the historic Holmes Hardware Building. We've got food from seven different Pueblo businesses, as well as a central bar offering cocktails, wine, beer, and more. We aim to be a community gathering place, an incubator for small, locally owned businesses, and a celebration of the many communities that make Pueblo a special place.
