Order placed 18.34pm,told ready at 19.00. Arrived at 19.04pm no acknowledgement. Stood in a queue. Did anybody bother to ask phone order or no??? stood for 30 minutes while staff shouted out orders for people arriving after me!!? Absolutely kaos. No management skills and no control of anything front of house eventually served with the staff having no knowledge of my order??? THEN MAGIC!!!! MY ORDER WAS IN THE WARMER ALL THIS TIME. to top it off whilst waiting a guy complaining about no pork dish to be told ohh ok an extra 3 quid???? He said no way as my other food is now cold. Answer is rid yourself of the woman screaming into the cooking area and ignoring customers on arrival and retrain the English girl to look up and acknowledge people. FOR ME, NEVER AGAIN EVER !!

Great food is best in the area. We don't go anywhere else.
