Resturant manager needs to attend a customer service course to get the knowledge of how to handle customer complaints. When a customer complaints He never listen... trying to speak over the customer. No apologie given to the customer. He really should do some professional customer service course so he could educate himself how to treat valuable customers who are the key of any business. Without customers buying their food they will not have a Resturant to run. So good customer service is a must specially for a chineese resturant.
Very bad Telephone Etiquette Tyrone seems to be the manager and has very bad customer service skills and telephone etiquette. We've been ordering from 'From China' for many years and the food was of a very good quality. However, recently on two consecutive occassions experienced food poisoning with the King Prawn fried rice. When we complained, it was not received very well. We are yet to receive the refund which they promised to process immediately. This review is for the bad telephone etiquette they possess as a team.
Ordered at 6.45 still not arrived at 8.30 rang up to cancel and they was so rude they put the phone down .... absoulte joke. Have used this chinese for over 10 years... I won't be using them again!!
I was very disappointed, with the food we paid £60.00 will not order from there again.
Great place to get coffee and hang out. I like that!
