Friendly's

I wouldn't even give 1 star if I didn't have to. 15.99 for below average cheeseburger and fries just to get no fries. Paid extra for more hot fudge, and didnt get it.. and when you call them to let them know? They're argumentative, insisting they SAW everything that went down with my order and there were no mistakes when there clearly are. Tells me hes not 'sure how I could tell there wasnt extra hot fudge'. Mistakes happen, I get it - but to call me a liar while actively lying and taking no accountability or offering help, or any kind of reimbursment? Never again.

I feel like nothing is 100%, however Friendlys is a neighborhood and community center that has been a part of life since I was little. I’m 51 and still love coming here

Worse dinning experience I have had with friendlys in a long time we were at this location for over two hours between waiting and been served. First we got sit and it took about 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us and ask us about our drinks. By the time the waiter came back we were ready to order we ordered everything including the appetizer, the appetizer were the mini mozzarella sticks the appetizer took 20 minutes to arrive to the table. The appetizer was cold and I can tell it was sitting in the hot window for over 15 minutes. After the appetizer our meal took at least 35 minutes for the to arrive. Once our meal we're done we had desserts the were included with our meal we waited another 20 minutes. At this point our waiter had brought us the receipt the had discounted 9.98 dollars out of the bill but charged us for a whole kids dessert and a medium sundae the was supposed to be an upgrade for my adult meal the shouldve been only a 2 dollar upcharge it went up to a 7.99, my bill was 81 dollars after all the headaches and the wait after discussing the issue with the manager she try to tell me the what she discounted was fairly enough, I told her it was impossible the I was going to paid for a full bill after the horrible service I just had. At the end I paid 48 dollar and I still feel like my entire bill shouldve been free. This location is not even worth have open. This is the worse experience I had in any restaurant in the area No wonder why the locations are closing up ad friendlys are disappearing!!!!.

Very clean and nice. Quiet and friendly. Food was excellent.

Order was online and picked up in restaurant. Food was ready when promised and staff were helpful and courteous Dietary restrictions: Offers a good choice of salads for lunch and dinner option

Always a great experience at Friendlys. The weight staff is always nice and pleasant. The food is very tasty on their menu. Usually if we are ordering regular food we eat in and if we’re ordering ice cream we either go pick it up or we have GrubHub deliver it. It’s always top-notch and we’re always excited to get our wonderful sundaes.
