Ordered the Flautas overall their menu is limited and the parking lot is difficult to maneuver properly won’t return!

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!! I just placed an order from Fridas - whose food is excellent by the way - but when they prepped the order for DoorDash delivery, they didn’t seal the containers or tie the bag. It was obvious that my door dasher had helped themselves to part of my dinner and I had to throw that container away. That’s COMPLETELY DISGUSTING!! No food should EVER be delivered without sealed, taped or stapled containers. I’m so disappointed. And this is the second time this has happened. When I called to speak with a manager to ask them to please, in the future, ensure that they seal their containers for delivery, the man that came to the phone refused to give me his name. I asked again if he could tell me who I was speaking to and he said “just tell me that your problem.” So I hung up the phone. It was SO strange. I was polite, respectful and have always loved the restaurant. But this is making me think twice about my continued loyalty and patronage! And I will DEFINITELY never order for delivery again!

Love this place, but last night the female server was repeatedly rude. At end, she didn’t return my credit card. When I asked for it, she showed 0 surprise or regret, she handed it to me w/o a word. She needs additional training on customer service.

Our family tradition is to go to Freda's for our Christmas Eve dinner each year. And Freda's did not disappoint again this year. Love the Pollo Encebollada is amazing, as is the Carnitas. Actually, everything on the menu is worth trying. We'll definitely be back next year (and before!)

We have been here many times, our first time for breakfast. It was very good, lots of choices.
