Friendly staff on a Tuesday afternoon

Store wouldn’t make my pizza because the store closed in 30 minutes…

Went to pick up a door dash. They swiped “ready for pickup” before they even started making the food. Hope they will fix it soon.

They use Uber to deliver for them and this is the second time in a row that my food hasn’t arrived when they said it would (currently half an hour late) and then when it finally arrives it’s cold. Tried calling and talking to someone last time this happened and they offered me a small discount on my next order.

There was a mix-up with ordering on the app and my order got sent to a different location in another city. That faraway Fresh slice wouldn't refund me, and I felt distressed about not receiving any dinner to bring home. Our Nanaimo Bowen Fresh Slice manager and staff were very kind, extra helpful, and understanding of the mix-up, and they made us a duplicate order on the spot. Thank you from a poor university student family, we wouldn't have been able to pay double, and you helped us out tonight. You've earned loyal customers from all of us.

Extremely disappointed. We ordered the the bbq chicken and there was 1 tiny cube of chicken per piece. Absolutely minimal toppings as well as Canned mushrooms. Won't order again
