If you like a lot of cream you’d like this spot. Great service and vibe but food was meh
Such a fun, great restaurant!! Great for a couple or a group. Dietary restrictions: They could accommodate my food allergies.
Had a chocolate croissant and coffee. Delicious. Staff were polite and helpful. Took home a piece of chocolate cake. Chocolaty fudgy goodness.
Scallop and Shrimp vol au vent was delicious. Service was unbelievable
Five of us went to the French Crust for brunch and all of us ordered different things. The croissant with salmon and the quiche of the day were probably the best. The burger was extremely salty and probably the least appetizing. Parking: Parking is at the Findlay Market parking lot. The parking lot tends to be busy, but there is frequent turnover. So, the wait isn't too much.
Back of the House is abysmally slow in getting food out. Ordered a Breakfast Croissant with only one other group in the entire cafe with the restaurant not even open and it took 30-40 minutes for the kitchen to scramble some eggs and throw a piece of a cheese and bacon on an already made croissant. And when we got the sandwich with bacon and an over-easy egg, it was ice cold. I work at a bakery, this was pretty pathetic.
Went to the cafe in the back and waited well over 30 minutes for a simple bacon egg and cheese croissant. Expected something quick and easy as that it shouldn’t take long when out shopping. There was only one other table other than us here.. then we got cold breakfast sandwiches and were told that’s how they make them.
My wife and I love French food and visit France a lot. Our grade is tough. The service was great. Loved the cappuccino. The baguette and bread were lovely. My escargot were great but not served like in burgundy. Who cares. Tasted great. My quiche Lorraine was a bit overdone but had a good flavor. My wife liked he onion soup.
