They had yo redo one hamburger. They forgot the bacon. The first crew member was awesome, came around, and asked if we needed anything. The second crew member was efficient but was not super friendly. All in all, it was a good experience.
Everything was great, if you’re not a fan of greasy then I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. Their fry sauce is to die for. The customer service was good!
Great burgers. Love the thin fries. Salted carmel custard dessert is delicious.
Better than In N Out by a good margin (their fries have flavor and their Custard is good enough for the visit on its own).
I think the food was good, but the meat was a bit too salty, I would put it on a scale 1-10 I'd say 4 little too much. However, I think the fries were great. The drinks can be better, the lemonade taste like not much lemonade, and the other drinks taste like they had less syrup in it. Also I think 3 small chicken stripes shouldn't be $6. On a hot Texas day nothing better than fries and custard! Best shoestring fries. Still affordable too.
First time dining at Freddy's I must say it was pretty good! I had to have the full experience with the steak burger fries drink. The burger came out fresh and hot the meat tasted fantastic. The fries were amazing thin and crispy! To put the cherry on top the fry sauce was the bomb! We topped it off with a frozen custard waffle cone which was delicious! Last but not least our server Malaysia was a doll and had great customer service! When visiting Tyler again I would definitely stop by!
Missing food, went back to get this corrected but then discovered I was STILL missing food when I got home with my takeout order, and I wasn't going to go back a second time to get my order fixed again. Of the things we ordered, the custard really was good and the cheese curds were quite yummy, but I found the burger to be mediocre at best. Employees were trying but it just looked quite poorly managed. The manger looked beat down, like he just expected there to be a problem when I asked about the missing items. I doubt we'll be back due to the lack of quality control on the accuracy of orders.
