Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I recently ate here with my family and really enjoyed the atmosphere , the service was great , Victoria was very helpful and had such an amazing attitude towards us as guests , the custard was top notch and the burgers were the best burgers I’ve had in a while , really enjoyed the experience and looking forward to going again

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience with my order from Freddy’s. The food came with hair in it, and the packaging was unclean, contaminated with food I didn’t order. When I contacted the manager, and she offered to remake the meal but couldn’t process a refund or void the order since I wasn’t there in person. This situation resulted in a waste of my time, money, and food, and it completely ruined my appetite.

The jalapeño dipping sauce is the best

Great food, but they need to bring back the fried pickles. Best fried pickles ever and they're not on the menu. That makes me sad.
