We ordered 2 patty melt combos and a chili dog. In one of the patty melt we only got half of it. Very unhappy for almost $12 this is beyond unacceptable. Unfortunately I live 15 miles away and didn't notice till we got home. Update. I did the online form like I was directed and no response from them in over two weeks. I won't be back! Horrible company.

Ordered 2 chicken clubs and did not receive either. Drove all the way home just to find out that it was missing. I went to the Loveland location and they said they could make the meal that was missing, but not my meal that had been sitting out for an hour due to drive time. (Later found out that I actually received a cheeseburger). They couldn't make my meal because they would lose money...$11. Very disappointed that $11 is not worth making it right regardless of location Freddy's has lost my business.

Logan went above and beyond and we appreciate that him! He helped with two things , first our app wasn’t working to redeem a chocolate shake ,he grabbed a manger right away to help. Then we were eating at the soda machine got stuck he came right over to help ,he even brought us out another one since it was broke! We need more Logan’s in the world!
