Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Second time here. The first time was shortly after it opened and it was a disaster. Today tho, the food and service was exceptional good !

Update March 2024: uncleanliness continues. May have to just stop trying. No clean tables at all today. Had to clean our own. Food was okay. Update 2023: unfortunately, it appears that uncleaniness is becoming a trend. It continues to go downhill each time. Food was as tasty as the last time we came in. This is a good sign as our first visit was right after they opened, so quality is consistent. However, cleanliness has seriously declined. Multiple tables were dirty with no one cleaning until asked. Would go back, but will be seeing if that becomes a trend.

Had food delivered. Chicken was wonderful but they sent onion rings instead of fries and no utensils or napkins. Was staying in a hotel so the napkins and utensils would have helped a lot.

I stopped in this location after a really rough workday. Food was hot and fresh. The manager here was the light in my dark that day. She was so wonderful and kind. Thank you so much for your kindness. It will most definitely be paid forward.
