I have am very upset with the customer service. I have order my food through the app and I am not able to get my food because it’s inside. I am disable and it’s difficult to walk inside. They refused to hand me my food through the drive thru after it’s already been paid for. Honestly makes no sense.
3/17/24, this is our 4th visit & definitely our last. The first time my husband and I the order was as we requested, & good. The 2nd visit we ordered 2 cheeseburgers combo meals with unsweetened tea. One burger with mayonnaise,lettuce,tomatoes, pickle, no onion, the 2nd burger the same only with mustard. Requested ketchup & extra napkins. The burger with mustard had no tomatoes. Not a problem we ate anyway. The 3rd visit was about 2 weeks later, only got both burgers with mustard & a bit of mayonnaise smeared on top of mustard instead of just mayonnaise. Again we ate. Tonight 3/17/24 we asked if we could have pepper jack cheese instead of cheddar as we noticed you had pepper jack cheese for the jalapeño steakhouse double burger. Told yes, not a problem. Again we requested a single with pepper jack, lettuce, tomatoes, pickle, no onion & mayonnaise. 2nd burger was same except with mustard. Both were combo meals with unsweetened tea. Sat in drive thru window 30 minutes. Finally got order after 1st order was sent back to kitchen with no explanation. THIS TIME, both burgers were double meat, no pickles on either one. No mustard or mayonnaise on one burger, the other had a dab of mayonnaise on one bun! If you don’t have ingredients tell the customer! The ticket when examnded WASN’T even as we ordered!! TRAIN employees to check order with ticket, telli don’t have ingredients! We will never be back & will NEVER recommend this restaurant!
