Frank From Philly & Andrea Pizza

The food was great but the cashier (who was laying down across the counter looking asleep) said they "didn't do water cups" - we all bought food, kinda ridiculous that we have to pay for water. If that's a money making thing, that's stupid. If it's a waste thing or something else? Also stupid.

The Phillies are awesome, the pizza is great, but I'd recommend ordering pick up or delivery. Staff is usually slow and off putting. Last time I went in to order a sandwich and had special add ons the dude at the counter almost got whiplash he rolled his eyes so hard. Other than that, good eats.
